岗位职责/职位描述
1.Work closely with regional sales office and sister hotels for proper positioning and maximum international and regional bookings.
2.Ensure quality control to all in-house and contracted productions to meet with Accor standard and requirement, enhance speed and efficiency through proper organization
3.Provide ongoing sales direction to subordinate staff by implementing the call program and providing guidance and direction on the development and execution of customer interviews and action plans.
4.Promote the hotel as often as possible through entertaining, conducting, site inspections, presentations etc. of the hotel.
5.Lead, direct and motivate sales team through all necessary sales action and programs to achieve and excel the annual budget targeted.
6.Creating hotel’s secretary/booker club, VIP list and long stay guests selling strategy.
7.Responsible for expense control and its effectiveness to obtain maximum sales revenue at minimum costs.
8.At all time promote a positive image of the hotel in all forms of contact.
9.Draws up the Marketing Plan annually together with General Manager of the hotel.
10.Conduct yield management for maximum revenue
11.Ensure that all commercial reporting for Accor head offices is handled with efficiency and accuracy, meet all dealings without excuse
12.Provide after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints brought to management’s attention and communicate with the respective departments if necessary for proper handling. Ensure that all complaints are reviewed, investigated and follow-up action is initiated

2.酒店内部及指定合同制作将一律按雅高公司的标准进行,通过完善的组织系统达到高速高效。
3.通过执行销售拜访计划、对客户拜访及实施计划提出建议,为下属提供指导。
4.通过经常宴请、定点参观饭店、介绍饭店等,推销饭店。
指导销售队伍的方向并通过采取所有需要的销售行动和程序来达到并超过预期目标。
5.创建酒店的秘书/预订主任俱乐部,贵宾名单表及长住客名单的销售策略。
6.负责控制开销,以期以最少的花费获得最多的销售收入。
7.在任何时间,任何形式的联系中提高酒店的正面形象。
8.每年与酒店总经理一起制定年度营销方案。
9.建立与收益总监的横向销售管理沟通以争取最大利润。
10.确保所有提交给雅高总部的商业报告都按要求快速准确完成。
11.提供销售后服务,特别要确保必要时客户所有的投诉都被有关部门认真接受、讨论。确定所有投诉都已经过调查,并开始实施补救行动。
