张丛笑女士拥有逾35年酒店行业资深经验，尤其在高端酒店筹备开业、运营管理及市场销售领域表现出色。她曾先后在凯悦酒店集团、华润置地旗下品牌酒店担任高级管理职务，成功筹开多家高端酒店，并主导完成了第 19 届亚运技术官员村技术官员在赛时住宿服务保障等重要项目的接待工作。她卓越的领导力、敏锐的商业洞察力以及出色的团队协作能力，使其成为西安康得思酒店总经理的理想人选。

Cordis Xi’an is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Renee Zhang as General Manager, responsible for the overall operational management and strategic development of the hotel.
With over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, throughout her career, Renee has demonstrated exceptional expertise in pre-opening, operational management, and sales & marketing of luxury hotels. She has held senior management positions at Hyatt Hotels Group and China Resources Land’s brand hotels, successfully leading the opening of several high-end properties and overseeing key projects such as the accommodation service for the 19th Asian Games Technical Officials Village in Hangzhou. Her strong leadership, business acumen, and team collaboration skills make her an ideal candidate to lead Cordis Xi’an.
