岗位职责/职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES职责:
• To plan, budget and execute overall marketing and communications plan, including media plans, publicity campaigns, public relations, partner marketing, etc.
负责计划,制定预算及实施市场传讯计划,包括媒体计划、宣传活动、公共关系、市场合作伙伴等。
• To identify and establish marketing partnership with luxury consumer brands and key financial institutions to organize upscale and brand-relevant events for the continual awareness of the hotel in the niche consumer market.
与奢侈品牌及主要金融机构建立市场合作关系,组织主流的品牌相关活动来持续性的建立酒店在消费市场中的地位。
• To plan, budget and execute the hotel’s advertising campaigns.
负责酒店广告活动计划、预算及执行。
• To develop good business relations with the media (print, broadcast, web, etc) and implementation of the hotel’s publicity campaign.
与媒体保持良好的商业关系(印刷、广播、网站等),展开酒店宣传活动。
• To coordinate and implement a communications plan for the hotel’s activities and promotions in coordination with various revenue-generating departments in the hotel (i.e. sales, food and beverage, spa, etc.)
结合酒店内不同的预算支出部门(如:销售、餐饮、SPA等)制定酒店活动及推广的传讯计划。
• To manage a complete, targeted database and direct mail campaigns to promote the hotel’s business.
负责完善目标数据库,并且通过直投、直邮来推广酒店的生意。
• To provide overall supervision of production of hotel printed materials to ensure compliance with Waldorf Astoria brand guidelines.
负责统一监管酒店印刷品的生产,确保与华尔道夫品牌相符。
• To monitor and control expenses based on approved Sales and Marketing budget.
在批准的市场销售部预算上,控制支出费用。
• To manage hotel standalone bilingual website, via content management system.
通过内容管理系统,管理酒店独立的双语网站
• To manage all e-commerce communications in line with Waldorf Astoria policy. To oversee implementation of online marketing activities.
根据华尔道夫酒店管理所有网络商业沟通。监管在线市场活动的操作。
• To coordinate and implement various hotel projects in liaison with other hotel departments and/or outside organizations/government bureaus.
与酒店其它部门和/或酒店外部组织/政府联络,统一落实不同的酒店市场项目。
• To assist in the preparation of an annual hotel marketing plan based on the hotel's Revenue Plan.
根据酒店效益计划,协助准备酒店年度市场计划。
• To supervise Public Relations Manager in executing media and pr plans, as well as organizing niche customer events based on the marketing and communications strategies
监督公关经理制定媒体公关计划,安排特定客户宴会、活动及传讯计划。
• To supervise the activities of the Graphic Designer and ensure all work requests are executed in a timely manner and conform to Waldorf Astoria brand guidelines.
监督美工的工作,确保所有工作都及时完成并且符合华尔道夫品牌。

SPECIFICATIONS资质:
• University graduate
大学文凭
• Experience in marketing and communicating with Chinese consumers
有针对中国市场消费的市场传讯经验
• Experience in brand marketing and strategizing, in particular luxury brand within the hotel or FMCG industry
有相关的品牌市场策略经验者优先,尤其是高端酒店、奢侈品牌或快速消费品行业
• Well versed in presentation skills
发表演示能力强
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese
