近日,连云港苏宁索菲特酒店任命栾传晶先生为酒店西餐行政厨师长,他将全面负责酒店西餐厅、行政酒廊的品质提升及西厨房团队的日常运营与管理工作。
栾传晶先生拥有15年行业经验,曾先后任职于洲际、凯宾斯基及万豪集团旗下多家品牌酒店。参加过2008年北京奥运会及残奥会、2012年大连世界工业设计大会及2022年中国医药创新与发展国际会议接待工作。从涉足烹饪开始,他就学习并专注于西餐设计与制作,始于对美食创作的热爱并经过十几年酒店工作经验的积累,栾传晶先生对美食有了更加独特而深刻的见解。

Recently, Mr. Tim Luan was appointed as the Western Kitchen Executive Chef of Sofitel Lianyungang Suning, and he will be responsible for the quality improvement of the Western Restaurant and Executive Lounge as well as the daily operation and management of kitchen team.
Mr. Luan has 15 years of industry culinary art experience and has worked in several international hotel groups such as IHG, Kempinski and Marriott. He participated in reception work including the 2008 Beijing Olympic and Paralympic Games, the 2012 Dalian World Industrial Design Conference and the 2022 China Pharmaceutical Innovation and Development International Conference. Since he started in cooking, he has been kept studying and focusing on the design and fabrication of western food. Begins with the love of food creation and accumulates over 10 years working experience in hotels, Mr. Luan had a unique and profound insights about food.
