The importance that food plays in Chinese culture goes without saying. Nowhere is this more evident than Chinese New Year, where every dish on the menu has its own meaning and expressions of best wishes behind it. For the occasion, Sui Tang Li has prepared two special dishes — Dragon in the Ocean (Long Teng Si Hai) and Perfect Perfection (Shi Quan Shi Mei). Steamed River Eel, Tofu Pudding,
Yellow Pepper Sauce & Soy Sauce
将肉质细嫩肥美的江鳗切片上笼蒸熟,淋上由鲜辣灯笼椒酱与酱油调和的秘制酱汁,再淋以热油激出食材的鲜香,瞬间就胃口大开。盘底豆花吸饱了咸鲜的汁水,又是另一番鲜美风味。用这份形似腾飞蛟龙的美食犒劳你的胃,新的一年也能大展身手,龙腾四海。
Named after the mythical creature and Chinese zodiac legend, Dragon in the Ocean brings good fortune to both your stomach and your heart for the new year. The “dragon” of tender sliced river eel is topped with a secret sauce of blended fresh chili, soy sauce and heated oil. The sauce awakens the freshness inside the eel and adds its distinct flavour to the ocean of tofu pudding in which the dragon swims.

Perfect Perfection
Shanghainese Poon Choi Pot
当本帮的全家福遇上大湾区的盆菜,碰撞出的就是这锅象征团圆的“十全十美”:在醇鲜高汤之中放入皮脆肉滑的咸鸡、鲜美的鲍鱼和鲜虾,还有鱼丸、炸肉丸、咸肉、蛋饺、笋片冬菇等惹味食材。一碗下肚,身心皆暖。
Fusing the Shanghainese classic Quan Jia Fu with Cantonese Poon Choi, Perfect Perfection (Shi Quan Shi Mei) is a reunion fir for the New Year. This one-pot dish includes a medley of Chinese treats like salted chicken, fresh shrimp, delicious abalone, fish balls, meatballs, bacon, dumplings, bamboo shoots and mushrooms all in a rich broth. These two dishes rarely get together, but when they do, it’s guaranteed to be a feast for both the eyes and stomach.

叶师傅精选肉厚饱满的大只鹅掌,与秘制酱料一起小火煨至熟烂,一嗦脱骨。配以酿入大颗新鲜虾肉的羊肚菌,让这份鲜香更有层次,细品之下口味无比醇厚。
Chef Tony has selected large goose web for the dish, which is then simmered in a secret sauce until the meat is ready to fall off the bone. Enjoy with the accompanying morels, each stuffed with large fresh shrimp, for a mellow-yet-complex taste that reveals new layers of flavours with each bite.
5J火腿南风咸肉焖饭
