岗位职责/职位描述

DUTIES:

• In charge / Coordinate all activities related to Marketing (including Digital Marketing), Public Relations and all aspects of External communications of the hotel.
• Implement and respect all regional and HQ Marketing, Branding and PR initiatives.
• Works closely with F&B department to map out promotional activities for the year.
• Identifies partnership opportunities and develops co-partnership events / promotions to enhance hotel and brand awareness.
• Entertain and cultivate excellent relations with the KOR and all media personality.
• In charge of Online Total Reputations and Overall reputation in general.
• Promotes positive communications to promote image of the hotel.
• In charge for designing all collaterals, promotions materials.
• Establish yearly Budget in Marketing and Communication.
• Make monthly, yearly rolling forecast.
• Develops social media strategies and messages for the year.
• Answer all guest comments on online platforms of the Digital world.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Has a passion in Communications and Marketing
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Solid knowledge of Communications and the platforms associated with it
• Understand the world of social media
• Preferably has Communications relevant experience from an International 5* Hotel Group
• Enjoys being creative
• Always thinks outside the box
• Enjoys interacting with people
• Always keep up-to-date with latest industry trends and market practices
