岗位职责/职位描述
Oversee all matters relating to media relations, advertising, collateral production and other marketing communications for the hotel. Promote the brand of Mandarin Oriental to the Chinese media and consumers through spositive publicity,uitable collateral and appropriate awareness campaigns.
负责关于媒体关系，广告，宣传品制作和其它市场传媒等所有事宜。通过有针对性的宣传，合适的宣传资料和适宜的宣传活动在国内媒体和消费者中推广文华东方品牌。
Duties and Supporting Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all opening media activity for MOGZH.
2. On opening, ensure hotel continues to receive regular exposure in local and international media through print, radio and television.
3. Work with China PR agency in positioning MOHG as a brand in China, and liaise with them to send prominent local press to key MOHG properties in order to raise brand awareness and profile in the local market.
4. Liaise with MOHGs international PR network and the MOHG Corporate Communications Director to promote MOGZH.
5. Maintain regular contact with local media and keep up to date contact lists.
6. Create regular press release material highlighting hotel services, special promotions and the Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) of hotel.
7. Act as MOHG spokesperson where appropriate.
8. Take responsibility for handling crisis communications component of crisis management Raise the visibility of MOHG in the region by building a strong media presence, through regular press entertainment and the pitching of relevant story ideas.
9. Work closely with operational departments and the senior leadership team on marketing and promotional strategies, budgets, and communications.
10. Manage imagery and branding elements for the hotel including coordination of photography, videography, imagery, print collateral and publications
Job Requested:
1. Minimum 5 years related working experience in international hotel of which at least 3 year in a similar capacity.
2. Skilled storytelling and content creation that is aligned with and enhances the Sales & Marketing strategy.
3. A self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and delegate in a fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Good verbal communication and writing skills both in Chinese and English.
6. Excellent organizational skills.
7. Strong creativity.
