大连君悦酒店近日宣布，任命孙家麟Billy Sun先生为酒店总经理，全面负责酒店运营管理及战略发展工作。
孙家麟先生拥有近30年国际酒店管理经验，深耕中国酒店市场，在运营管理、市场营销、团队建设及业绩提升等领域积累了丰富经验。此次履新前，孙先生担任合肥君悦酒店总经理，并自2026年初起支持大连君悦酒店相关管理工作，带领团队圆满完成2026年夏季达沃斯论坛接待保障任务，展现出卓越的领导力与运营管理能力。
自1997年开启酒店职业生涯以来，他先后在洲际、万豪等多个酒店集团旗下酒店担任多个管理职务，并逐步成长为酒店行业资深管理者。2020年，孙家麟先生加入凯悦集团，出任合肥君悦酒店总经理。

Grand Hyatt Dalian is pleased to announce the appointment of Billy Sun as General Manager. In his new role, Mr. Sun will oversee all aspects of hotel operations and strategic development, leading the property into its next phase of growth and excellence.
With nearly three decades of experience in the international hospitality industry, Mr. Sun brings extensive expertise in hotel operations, sales and marketing, talent development, and business performance enhancement. Prior to this appointment, he served as General Manager of Grand Hyatt Hefei and has been supporting Grand Hyatt Dalian since the beginning of 2026. During this period, he successfully led the team in delivering exceptional hospitality and operational support for the 2026 Summer Davos Forum, demonstrating outstanding leadership and operational excellence.
Since beginning his hospitality career in 1997, Mr. Billy Sun has held a variety of management positions with leading international hotel groups, including IHG Hotels & Resorts and Marriott International. Through progressive leadership roles across multiple properties, he established himself as a highly respected industry professional. In 2020, he joined Hyatt as General Manager of Grand Hyatt Hefei, where he achieved significant success in driving guest satisfaction, talent engagement, and business performance.
