陈国军先生毕业于加拿大维多利亚大学，拥有十八年高端酒店从业经验，完整经历前厅基层到酒店总经理的成长路径。职业生涯先后服务苏州万豪、武汉光明万丽、苏州太湖万豪&万丽、杭州钱江新城万豪、苏州湾艾美等多家万豪旗下标杆酒店，历任前厅部经理、房务总监、驻店经理、酒店总经理等重要岗位，并兼具新店筹开、双品牌酒店管理运营、区域运营管理、商务及度假酒店运营多重经验。
多年跨城市、多品牌、全业态的任职经历及海外留学经历，让陈国军先生练就出色的全局统筹领导力、超前的国际视野、市场洞察力，沉淀出成熟且独具特色的酒店管理思维，既精通一线服务品质管控，又擅长经营策略制定、团队搭建、新店筹开及业绩增效。

Marriott International recently officially announced the appointment of Mr. Chen Guojun as General Manager of The Westin Shimei Bay Resort. He will oversee the hotel’s overall operation and management, strategy implementation and daily business operations in full capacity.
A graduate of the University of Victoria in Canada, Mr. Chen boasts 18 years of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, having grown steadily from a frontline front office staff member all the way up to hotel general manager. Throughout his career, he has served at many benchmark Marriott properties including Marriott Suzhou, Renaissance Wuhan Guanggu, Marriott & Renaissance Suzhou Taihu Lake, Marriott Hangzhou Qianjiang New City and Le Méridien Suzhou Bay. He has held key positions such as Front Office Manager, Director of Rooms, Resident Manager and General Manager. He possesses comprehensive expertise covering new hotel pre-opening management, dual-brand operation, regional operation administration, as well as business and resort hotel management.
Years of cross-city, multi-brand and full-format work experience, coupled with his overseas academic background, have equipped Mr. Chen with outstanding overall planning leadership, forward-looking international vision and sharp market insight. He has developed mature and distinctive hotel management philosophies. He excels at frontline service quality control, as well as formulating business strategies, building teams, launching new properties and driving revenue growth.
Backed by solid operational expertise and forward-thinking management acclaim from the industry, Mr. Chen will leverage his profound experience within the Marriott system and innovative management approaches to empower the team of The Westin Shimei Bay Resort and inject fresh momentum and updated operational concepts. He will lead the team to seize opportunities in Hainan’s cultural tourism market, tackle industry challenges steadily, continuously boost the hotel’s operating performance, strengthen the brand’s influence and reputation across Hainan, and write a new chapter for the resort’s development.
