张倩女士拥有近13年国际品牌酒店人力资源管理经验,曾任职于凯悦酒店集团、万豪国际集团等旗下酒店,多次担任万豪国际集团区域新入职人力资源总监导师。履新前,张倩女士担任西安浐灞艾美酒店人力资源总监。
张倩女士熟悉万豪集团政策与人才发展战略,了解威斯汀品牌标准。在她的带领下,酒店人力资源团队将进一步强化人才核心竞争力,为宾客打造更具温度的服务体验,同时为员工创造更广阔的发展平台。她将与团队携手,以‘以人为本’的理念为核心,聚焦酒店人才战略升级,重点推进数字化人力资源管理系统落地、跨部门人才培养计划及员工福利体系优化,构建更完善的人才发展生态,助力酒店在新的发展阶段实现持续突破。
The Westin Xi`an is pleased to announce the appointment of Celine Zhang as Director of Human Resources.Celine will oversee human resources strategy, talent acquisition and development, employee relations, and compensation & benefits optimization, while leading talent pipeline development and organizational capability enhancement.
With nearly 13 years of HR management experience in international branded hotels, Celine has served with Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Marriott International. She has also acted as a mentor for newly appointed HR Directors across multiple regions at Marriott International. Prior to her current role, she was Director of Human Resources at Le Méridien Xi’an Chanba.
Celine is well-versed in Marriott Group policies and talent development strategies, and understands the Westin brand standards. Under her leadership, the hotel's human resources team will further strengthen the core competitiveness of talents, create a more personalized service experience for guest, and provide a broader development platform for employees. She will work with the team, focusing on the upgrade of the hotel's talent strategy, promoting the implementation of the digital human resources management system, cross-departmental talent development plans, and the optimization of the employee welfare system. Together, they will build a more robust talent development ecosystem to support the hotel in achieving continuous growth in its next development phase.
