Recently, Pullman Yantai Center officially appointed Mr. Humphrey Chen as the general manager. He will be fully responsible for the overall operation and strategic development of the hotel.
Mr. Humphrey Chen holds a Master's degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from Hong Kong PolyU and possesses over 10 years of extensive experience in upper-upscale hotel operations and asset management. Having previously served as the head of the hotel division for a large state-owned enterprise, he successfully managed international hotel clusters, demonstrating a profound understanding of implementing international brand standards and cultivating local markets.
As a seasoned hotelier and asset management expert, Mr. Chen excels in strategic planning, revenue management, and cost restructuring. He holds a proven track record of leading rapid luxury hotel rebranding and successfully turning around distressed assets. Furthermore, his outstanding leadership in F&B operations previously propelled his hotel's restaurant to earn the prestigious "Black Pearl Restaurant Guide" accolade, showcasing his extraordinary ability to enhance core competitiveness and brand premium.
