潘玉嫦女士在酒店行业拥有超过22年工作经验,其中18年以上服务于万豪国际集团旗下酒店。她的职业生涯贯穿前厅运营、房务统筹、市场销售等多个核心板块,具备扎实的运营管理与跨部门协同能力。
潘玉嫦女士先后在万豪旗下多家酒店担任市场销售总监要职,包括广州东圃合景福朋喜来登酒店、汕头国厦万豪酒店、广州大学城雅乐轩酒店等,积累了从筹开到运营的全链条经验。在履新之前,潘玉嫦女士曾任广州白云机场铂尔曼&诺富特酒店复合体市场销售总监。

HowEasy (Guangzhou) Hotel Management Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Kelly Pan as Director of Operations. She will be responsible for operational standard development, service quality control, pre-opening support, and operational empowerment for hotels under the company.
Ms. Kelly Pan brings over 22 years of experience in the hotel industry, including more than 18 years with Marriott International. Her career spans front office operations, rooms division, and sales & marketing, demonstrating solid operational management and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
Prior to this role, Ms. Kelly Pan served as Complex Director of Sales & Marketing at Pullman & Novotel Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Hotel. She has held key leadership positions as Director of Sales & Marketing at multiple Marriott hotels, including Four Points by Sheraton Guangzhou, Shantou Marriott Hotel, and Aloft Guangzhou University Park, building end-to-end experience from pre-opening to full operations.
