

近日,洲际酒店集团正式任命杨波先生(Byrds Yang)为福州世茂洲际酒店总经理,全面负责酒店的整体运营管理及战略发展工作。
杨波先生拥有19年以上高端酒店销售与运营管理经验,职业足迹遍布长沙、北京、武汉及福建等地,先后任职于万豪国际集团及希尔顿集团旗下多个知名酒店品牌,拥有丰富的跨区域运营管理实战经验。
履新前,杨波先生担任长沙世茂希尔顿酒店总经理。任职期间,他带领酒店成功实现月度及年度 RGI 排名第一,同比增长达13.5%,稳居市场领先地位。他积极推动商业创新,通过打造极具影响力的餐饮主题活动与线上直播营销,大幅提升酒店品牌知名度与经营业绩。
在此之前,他成功实现上海奉贤希尔顿酒店的经营扭转,总营收同比增长 41%。
在希尔顿集团任职期间,杨波先生在市场营销、运营优化、成本管控及宾客体验提升等方面积累了深厚经验。作为资深酒店管理者,他始终重视人才培养与团队发展,擅长打造契合国际酒店品牌文化的高效团队,并与当地社区及业主建立了长期稳固、互信共赢的合作关系。

InterContinental Hotels Group has recently announced the appointment of Mr. Byrds Yang as General Manager of InterContinental Fuzhou. In this role, he will oversee the hotel’s overall operations and strategic development.
With over 19 years of senior-level experience in hotel sales and operations management, Mr. Yang has built an extensive professional career across Changsha, Beijing, Wuhan, and Fujian. He has held key positions with renowned brands under Marriott International and Hilton Worldwide, gaining rich cross-regional operational and management expertise.
Prior to joining InterContinental Fuzhou, Mr. Yang served as General Manager of Hilton Changsha Riverside. Under his leadership, the hotel achieved No.1 in monthly and annual RGI rankings, with a year-on-year growth of 13.5%, solidifying its leading position in the market. He actively drove commercial innovation, launching high-impact catering-themed events and livestream marketing campaigns, which significantly elevated the hotel’s brand visibility and business performance.
Previously, he successfully led the business turnaround of Hilton Shanghai Fengxian, achieving a 41% increase in total revenue.
During his tenure with Hilton, Mr. Yang developed profound expertise in sales and marketing, operational optimization, cost control, and guest experience enhancement. As a seasoned hotel leader, he places strong emphasis on talent development and team building, specializing in fostering high-performance teams aligned with international hotel brand culture. He has also established long-term, trusted, win-win partnerships with local communities and property owners.
Known as the “City of Blessings,” Fuzhou is home to InterContinental Fuzhou, an iconic luxury landmark. This appointment marks Mr. Yang’s first role with InterContinental Hotels Group. Moving forward, he will lead the entire team to pursue excellence and innovation, continuously elevate service quality and operational standards, and strive for new heights for InterContinental Fuzhou, while delivering warm and memorable experiences to every guest.
