The Ritz-Carlton, Xi'an has announced the official appointment of Mr. Hansen Zhang as General Manager with effect from 13th January 2026. Hansen will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s operations and strategic development, leading the team to further strengthen its iconic status in the luxury tourism market.

With over 22 years of management experience within The Ritz-Carlton, Hansen is a highly respected leader in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining The Ritz-Carlton, Xi’an, he held significant management positions at The Portman Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai and The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong, where he accumulated extensive expertise in operations, guest service, and team development.
张喆先生拥有超过22年丽思卡尔顿酒店管理经验,是一位深受认可的酒店行业领导者。在加入西安丽思卡尔顿酒店之前,他曾于上海波特曼丽思卡尔顿酒店及上海浦东丽思卡尔顿酒店担任重要管理职务,积累了深厚的运营管理、客户服务与团队建设经验。
