近日，洲际集团正式任命李靖女士为厦门海沧英迪格酒店总经理，全面负责酒店的整体运营管理和发展战略工作。
李靖女士于2002年开启了她的酒店职业生涯，曾先后在凯悦、雅高、文华东方、希尔顿等国际酒店集团品牌任职，积累了丰富的运营管理经验。2022年，李靖女士加入了洲际集团总经理优才计划，在珠海洲际酒店接受了系统性的总经理课程现场培训和辅导。并于同年10月作为支援总经理来到了福州，负责支持福州融侨水乡皇冠假日酒店的全面管理工作。凭借其精益求精的专业能力，丰富的运营管理经验和精准的战略发展策略，在困难重重的疫情期间，带领酒店取得了极其优异的业绩表现。在此次履新之前，她曾担任湖北神农架皇冠假日酒店总经理，她带领团队积极拓展市场，通过精细化的运营，把酒店推向一个新的高度，酒店成为华中地区最热门的滑雪度假酒店，获得抖音“年度热门优先酒店”称号。

Recently, Jenny Li has been appointed as General Manager of Hotel Indigo Xiamen Haicang, with overall responsibility for the hotels operational management and develop strategy.
Ms. Li has started her hospitality industry career in 2002, and has worked for Hyatt, Accor, Mandarin Oriental, Hilton and other international hotel brand, accumulating extensive operational management experience. In 2022, Ms. Li joined IHG General Manager Talent program-GM Ready in InterContinental Zhuhai, where she has received systematic on-site training and coaching for general managers. In October of the same year, she become a task force General Manager in Fuzhou supporting the overall management of Crown Plaza Fuzhou Riverside and Crown Plaza Fuzhou South. With her professional ability, rich experience in operation and precis strategic development strategy, her led the hotel team achieve excellent performance during the difficult Covid period. Before the current appointment, she served as General Manager of Crown Plaza Shenlongjia, Hubei, where she led the team actively expand the market and push the hotel to a new height through fine operation. The hotel has become the most popular ski resort hotel in the Central China and won the Best Selected Hotel Award in Douyin in 2023.
