刘振先生于近期加入四川广安希尔顿逸林酒店筹备团队担任营运总监一职，并全面负责前厅部，客房部，餐饮部，厨房，工程部，安保部，健身中心的筹备和今后的运营管理。
刘振先生拥有16年的酒店工作经验，他的职业生涯起于前厅部，并服务过希尔顿和万豪集团，其中有11年效力于希尔顿大家庭，经历遍布苏州昆山，佛山，成都，海南文昌，杭州等地。在加入广安希尔顿逸林酒店筹备团队之前，刘振先生在广东英德奥园希尔顿逸林度假酒店担任营运经理一职，并全面负责营运部7大部门的管理。基于宾客满意度的优异表现，他带领团队荣获希尔顿大中华区2022年和2023年年度“卓越奖”，2022年年度“最佳提升服务奖”，以及2023年第四季度“闪耀关爱奖”。
Daniel joined pre-opening DoubleTree by Hilton Guang’An in Sichuan as Director Of Operations and fully in charge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food &Beverage, Kitchen, Engineering, Security and Fitness Center.
Daniel has been working in hospitality industry for over 16 years since Front Office and he has worked at Hilton and Marriot hotels, including 11 years with Hilton, he has working at Kunshan in Suzhou, Foshan, Chengdu, Wenchang in Hainan, Hangzhou and etc. Before joining DoubleTree by Hilton Guang’An pre-opening team, Daniel worked at DoubleTree by Hilton Yingde Resort in Guangdong as Operations Manager and fully in charge of 7 departments among operations. Based on the excellent performance on guest satisfaction, he has led team to win annual “Award of Excellence” in Hilton GCM 2022&2023, annual “Most Improved Service Award” in Hilton GCM 2022, and “Brighter Together CARE Award” in Hilton GCM Q4 2023.
