文睿珂先生来自瑞士，拥有超过25年的奢华酒店从业经验。加入金茂三亚亚龙湾丽思卡尔顿酒店前曾担任西安丽思卡尔顿酒店的总经理，并且曾在全球诸多的丽思卡尔顿酒店也担任过总经理以及其他关键管理职位。

Sanya one of the most acclaimed luxury hotel just steps away from Yalong Bay beach, The Ritz-Carlton Sanya, Yalong Bay announces the appointment of Patrick Weder to the position of General Manager. Mr. Weder, who brings with him extensive luxury leadership experience across numerous iconic hotels around the world will be responsible for directing all aspects management of the legendary property.

Mr. Weder comes from Switzerland, brings with him over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry and extensive luxury leadership experience. Most recently serving as General Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Xi’an, prior to that, he spent time as General Manager and other key leading positions at other The Ritz-Carlton hotels and worked across different counties and cities all over the world.
Inspired by his lifelong interest in travel and hotels, Mr. Weder passionate about working in a luxury hotel environment, he enjoy driving both excellence in product and service delivery and therefore setting the base to strengthen the commercial goals.
