近日，美利亚酒店集团任命马伟华女士（Maria Ma）担任济南绿地美利亚酒店总经理，她将负责酒店的全方位战略规划和运营管理。
马伟华女士，山东籍，毕业于山东大学，并取得瑞士酒店管理大学旅游及款待业工商管理硕士学位。她在酒店行业深耕多年，拥有超过23年的国际酒店商务拓展及运营管理经验。曾先后任职于洲际、希尔顿等国际酒店集团旗下酒店，工作足迹遍布济南、上海、北京、青岛、南京等地。凭借其卓越的营销拓展策略和前瞻性的创新运营管理能力，她为所服务的酒店创造了显著业绩。马伟华女士还曾在新加坡一家著名的酒店业绩增销咨询顾问公司工作四年，作为大中华区核心酒店业绩提升顾问，她以其丰富的策略分析和项目培训管理经验，推动了中国区七十多家奢华及超高端品牌酒店的增销业绩。在此次履新前，她担任济南鲁能希尔顿酒店及公寓的总经理，在其领导下，酒店的经营业绩指标显著，收入和利润表现优异，客户满意度稳定在市场前列，获得了多项荣誉奖项。

Meliá Hotels International is delighted to announce the appointment of Ms. Maria Ma as the General Manager of Melia Jinan Hotel, where she will be fully responsible for the hotel’s overall strategy, operations and management.
Ms. Ma, a native of Shandong province, graduated from Shandong University and holds an MBA in Tourism and Hospitality from Swiss Hotel Management University. She has dedicated herself to the hospitality industry, with over 23 years of experience in hotel operations and management and worked in different international brands such as Hilton, IHG and her career footprints spans across several major cities including Jinan, Shanghai, Beijing, Qingdao and Nanjing. With her excellent marketing expansion strategy and forward-looking innovative operational management capabilities, she has created significant results for the hotels she serves. Ms. Ma also worked for four years in a well-known hotel performance enhancement consulting firm in Singapore as the core hotel performance enhancement Consultant in Greater China, where she used her rich experience in strategic analysis and project training management to drive the incremental sales performance of more than 70 luxury and ultra-high-end brand hotels in China. Prior to this appointment, she served as General Manager of Hilton Jinan South Hotel & Residences, where under her leadership, the hotel achieved outstanding operating performance indicators, excellent revenue and profit performance, stable customer satisfaction in the forefront of the market, and received a number of honorary awards.
