近日，洲际酒店集团宣布任命栾晓峰先生担任启东皇冠假日酒店总经理，将全面负责酒店的日常运营与管理工作。栾晓峰先生拥有近20年的酒店工作经验，先于香格里拉酒店集团开始职业生涯并担任相关管理要职。在2017年加入南京洲际酒店开启了他的IHG之旅。多年的酒店从业经历积累了丰富的市场开发，公关营销，会议会展，餐饮管理及酒店收益管理等方面的经验，深谙资源运作及卓越管理要诀。
栾晓峰先生于2021年1月加入启东皇冠假日酒店担任市场销售总监。作为“共成长无际”的典范，他已于2022年9月晋升为行政助理经理，并于2023年5月开始以代理总经理的身份领导整个启东皇冠假日酒店服务团队。
在其担任代理总经理期间，积极调整酒店经营策略，优化管理模式，成功将酒店经营扭亏为盈，同时酒店的市场占有率、客户满意度和品牌影响力均得到了大幅提升，并实现业主利润收入增长。酒店因出色的业绩增长表现荣获洲际酒店集团2024年第一季度银龙奖。
本次履新，栾晓峰先生也将以新角色的使命继续引领启东皇冠假日酒店走向成功的新高度。
InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) announced the appointment of Mr. Tony Luan as the General Manager of the Crowne Plaza Qidong, who will be fully responsible for the daily operations and management of the hotel. Mr. Tony Luan has nearly 20 years of hotel work experience, starting his career with the Shangri-La Hotel Group and holding key management positions. He started his IHG journey at InterContinental Nanjing in 2017. Years of hotel work experience have accumulated rich experience in market development, public relations, conference and exhibition services, catering management, and hotel revenue management, as well as mastering resource operations and excellent management principles.
Mr. Tony Luan joined the Crowne Plaza Qidong as the Director of Sales and Marketing in January 2021. As a great example of “Room to Grow", he has been promoted to Executive Assistant Manager in September 2022 and started to lead the entire Crowne Plaza Qidong team as acting General Manager in May 2023.
During his tenure as Acting General Manager, he actively adjusted the hotel’s business strategy, optimized management mode, successfully turned the hotel’s operating loss into profit while significantly improving the hotel’s market share, customer satisfaction, brand influence, and achieving a significant increase in owner profits and revenue. The hotel has won the InterContinental Hotels Group’s Silver Dragon Award for its outstanding performance growth in the first quarter of 2024.
Mr. Tony Luan will continue to lead the Crowne Plaza Qidong to new heights of success in his new role.
