昆山花桥华邑酒店及昆山花桥套房假日酒店迎来新任总经理Dekker Zhang 张炜先生，作为一位在国际品牌酒店行业有着丰富经验的职业经理人，自2024年6月起，张炜先生将全面负责酒店的运营和管理工作。
张炜先生于2009年在苏州皇冠假日酒店开始了他在洲际酒店的职业生涯，随着他的职业发展，于2018年被提升为酒店的EAM。随后，张炜先生于2019年在无锡中央车站假日酒店担任酒店总经理，并成功领导团队筹开了酒店。在加入昆山花桥华邑酒店及昆山花桥套房假日酒店前，他于2021年7月加入昆山花桥中城假日酒店担任总经理，在充满挑战的时期，张炜先生和他的团队成功地取得了许多成就，分别在2021年，2022年和2023年获得集团金龙奖和银龙奖。

It gives us great pleasure to announce the appointment of Mr. Dekker Zhang as General Manager of HUALUXE Kunshan Huaqiao and Holiday Inn & Suites Kunshan Huaqiao. As a seasoned hospitality veteran with decades of experience and special expertise in international hotels, Mr. Dekker Zhang will be fully responsible for the management of the hotel, with effect from June 2024.
Mr. Dekker Zhang started his career journey with IHG since 2009 at the Crowne Plaza Suzhou, with the strong career development made towards him that he was ultimately promoted to be the EAM at the hotel in 2018. Then followed by his first GM role in the company at Holiday Inn Wuxi Central Station in 2019, where he successfully led the team opened the hotel. Prior to this new assignment, he was the General Manager at Holiday Inn Kunshan Huaqiao, where he joined the hotel in July 2021 during the very challenging period, and he and the team successfully made lots of achievement with awards of Golden & Silver Dragon in 2021, 2022, & 2023.
Leveraging his expertise in hotel management, he will continue to uphold the IHG brand promise and lead the team provide guests with Chinese Aesthetics Lifestyle，to build on our excellent market reputation and drive more brilliant achievements.
