梁晓阳女士来自中国香港，于1996年开启了她的酒店职业生涯，而她的职业生涯起始于酒店前厅部，拥有逾28年的酒店筹备及运营管理经验。曾在香格里拉、喜来登、尼依格罗等国际奢华品牌酒店担任要职，赋予了梁晓阳女士深厚的专业知识、卓越的领导才能及国际化视野。她的足迹遍布香港、广州、深圳、长春、青岛、湖州、长沙、常州、成都等多个热门城市，并成功接待了各类大型国际赛事活动，创造了辉煌的业绩。履新前，她在香港九龙仓酒店管理集团旗下的常州马哥孛罗酒店担任总经理一职。
梁晓阳女士深谙酒店运营之道，非常注重奢华时尚的生活方式和品牌市场声誉，她对成都这座城市以及奢华度假市场充满了热忱和信心。本次履新，梁晓阳女士将追求卓越的执着与热情注入酒店，并带领酒店管理团队和全体心艺家共同书写酒店的精彩华章，贯彻美憬阁品牌“留驻别样一瞬”理念，让宾客在成都世园瀑布美憬阁酒店谱写属于自己的“每时美憬”，共同造就超越酒店居所之外的精神共鸣！
Expo Waterfall Hotel Chengdu - MGallery Collection has officially appointed Ms. Joanna Liang as the General Manager. She will be fully responsible for the hotel's pre-opening and operational management thereafter, who will inject innovative and pioneering ideas into the hotel, leading it to a splendid journey.
Ms.Joanna Liang hails from Hong Kong, China, and began her hotel career in 1996 in the front office department with over 28 years of experience in hotel pre-opening and operations management. She has held key positions in international luxury brand hotels such as Shangri-La, Sheraton and Niccolo which have endowed Ms.Joanna Liang with profound professional knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and an international perspective. Her career footprint spans across several major cities including Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Changchun, Qingdao, Huzhou, Changsha, Changzhou, and Chengdu. She has successfully hosted various large international events and achieved outstanding results. Before this appointment, she served as the General Manager at the Marco Polo Changzhou under the Wharf Hotels Management Group.
Ms. Joanna Liang is well-versed in hotel operations and places significant emphasis on luxury fashion lifestyles and brand market reputation. She holds great enthusiasm and confidence for the city of Chengdu and its luxury resort market. In her new role, she will infuse her persistence and passion for excellence into the hotel, leading the management team and all HEARTIST® in co-writing the magnificent chapter of the hotel's story. She will implement the MGallery brand's concept of “That’s My M Moment", allowing guests at Expo Waterfall Hotel Chengdu - MGallery Collection to create their own moments and achieving a spiritual resonance that transcends merely accommodation.
