On May 30th, 2024, Ms. Vicky Wang has been announced as the General Manager of Hyatt Centric Gaoxin Xi’an，who is fully responsible for management and strategic of all aspects of the hotel.
于2024年5月30日，凯悦酒店集团正式任命王炜女士担任西安高新凯悦尚萃酒店的总经理。作为酒店发展战略的重要决策者，全面负责酒店各领域的运营管理工作，以及推动酒店的持续发展和创新。
Ms. Vicky Wang hails from Xi'an, Shaanxi, and boasts 20 years of experience in international hotel operations and management. Her career began with the front office of the hotel industry in 2004, where her exceptional service awareness and outstanding management skills led to her ascent to senior management positions. She has held roles at both Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and InterContinental Hotels Group, and leaving a legacy of success at each.
王炜女士来自陕西西安，深耕酒店行业多年，拥有20年国际酒店运营及管理经验。她的酒店职业生涯始于2004年，凭借其出色的服务意识和卓越的管理才能，逐步晋升至高级管理职位。曾先后任职于香格里拉酒店集团和洲际酒店集团品牌，都留下过辉煌篇章。
In 2016, she joined the Hyatt Hotels Group as Director of Sales and Marketing at Hyatt Regency Xi’an. Embarking on her career at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. She has successfully and brilliantly led her team to achieve remarkable results in market strategy and revenue management. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Wang Wei, with her exceptional abilities, began work for operation and management of Hyatt Regency Xi'an in 2023, maintaining and enhancing the operational work of various departments and creating a diverse and quality service experience for guests.
于2016年正式加入西安凯悦酒店开启了自己在凯悦集团的职业生涯，王炜女士成功并出色的引领团队获得市场战略和收益管理的傲人表现。在此履新前，凭其卓越的能力王炜女士于2023年开始负责西安凯悦的整体运营管理，保持并提升了酒店各部门的运营工作，为宾客创造了品质多元的服务体验。
