近日，胡安先生（Andy Hu）正式就任万豪国际集团南宁龙光那莲豪华精选酒店总经理一职，全面负责酒店的运营管理工作。
胡安先生的职业足迹遍布广州、深圳、武汉、长沙和温州等中国主要城市。将近30年的酒店从业经历，令他积累了有效领导和管理知名品牌酒店筹备及运营的丰富经验，为他的新角色积累了深厚的职业基石。
胡安先生自2006年加入长沙运达喜来登酒店并开启了他在万豪国际集团的职业生涯，后来先后加入武汉威斯汀酒店、长沙梅溪湖豪华精选酒店、深圳瑞吉酒店等知名品牌酒店担任关键领导职务。他的杰出与奉献获得了众多的赞誉与认可，包括享誉盛名的“2010年亚太地区卓越销售奖”及2021年最佳东方“年度杰出总经理”奖。
在加入南宁龙光那莲豪华精选酒店之前，胡安先生担任温州城中希尔顿酒店总经理。

Recently, Marriott announce Andy Hu is assumed the roleof General Manager of Na Lotus Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Nanning.
With close to thirty years of rich hospitality experience spanning key cities across China, including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Changsha, and Wenzhou, Andy brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. His impressive career includes successfully overseeing both the pre-opening and operational phases of hotels under various esteemed brands.
Andy's journey with Marriott began in 2006 as Director of Sales at Sheraton Changsha Hotel. Sincethen, he has held pivotal leadership positions at renowned properties such as Westin Wuhan Wuchang,Meixi Lake Hotel (A Luxury Collection Hotel, Changsha), and St. Regis Shenzhen Hotel. His dedicationand contributions have been recognized through numerous accolades, including the prestigious "TopSales in Asia Pacific" award in 2010 and the "Annual Outstanding GM – veryeast.cn" award in 2021.
Prior to his appointment at Na Lotus Hotel, he served as both pre- and post-general Manager of HiltonWenzhou City Center, overseeing its impressive array of facilities and services.
