洲际酒店集团于2024年1月22日正式任命马静女士担任唐山富力洲际酒店总经理一职，马静女士将全面负责酒店的运营和管理工作。
马静女士拥有超过26年的资深酒店管理经验，在国际连锁五星级酒店集团积累了丰富实践经验。同时，多年的管理运营岗位让其具备了卓越的市场敏锐度和丰富的管理经验。2010年，马静女士重新加入了洲际酒店集团成都世纪城洲际酒店，并于2011年晋升为前厅经理。凭借她在房务部门的优秀从业表现，马静女士于2014年内部调动至成都环球中心洲际酒店担任房务部经理。随后，她晋升为行政助理经理和酒店经理，并一直担任这一重要职务直至2021年。在此任命之前，马静女士曾担任成都秦皇假日酒店总经理一职。在这期间，她领导团队赢得了2022年的银龙奖，成为“Room to Grow”计划下培养女性领导者的典范，体现了洲际酒店集团在多元与包容计划下培养女性领导者的文化。

InterContinental Hotels Group officially appointed Ms. Cecilia Ma as the General Manager of InterContinental Tangshan on January 22, 2024. Ms. Cecilia Ma will assume full responsibility for the hotel's operations and management.
With over 26 years of senior hotel management experience, Ms. Cecilia Ma has accumulated rich practical experience in various international five-star hotels. Her extensive experience in management and operations has endowed her with outstanding market acumen. In 2010, Ms. Cecilia Ma rejoined the InterContinental Hotels Group at InterContinental Century City Chengdu and promoted to Front Office Manager in 2011. Recognized for her excellent performance in the rooms division, she was internally transferred to InterContinental Chengdu Global Center as Rooms Division Manager in 2014. Subsequently, she advanced to roles of Assistant Executive Manager and Hotel Manager, holding this significant position until 2021. Before this appointment, Ms. Cecilia Ma served as the General Manager of Holiday Inn Chengdu Qinhuang leading her team to win the “Silver Dragon Award” in 2022 and becoming an exemplar of developing female leaders under the "Room to Grow" initiative, showcasing InterContinental Hotels Group's commitment to cultivating female leader in a diverse and inclusive culture.
