In her new role, the industry veteran will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing, sales and business expansion strategies, as well as boosting brand awareness.
深耕酒店业多年，邢海燕女士对于国内外酒店行业，尤其是三亚当地酒店和旅游市场有着独到的见解。在加入三亚1酒店之前，她曾于多个酒店任市场销售总监一职，足迹遍布三亚每个湾区。丰富的品牌营销策划、营销环境分析、收益管理体系、人才培养储备、战略规划制定等方面的经验，使得邢海燕女士于就职期间，多次带领团队创造佳绩。
Haiyan has extensive experience in the hotel and tourism industry, both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining 1 Hotel Haitang Bay, Sanya she has worked as DOSM in various hotels in Sanya, gaining unique insights into the local market and each bay area. She excels at brand marketing, market analysis, revenue management, talent development, and strategic planning – critical skills that enabled Haiyan and her teams to achieve impressive results.
此外，邢海燕女士同时具备加拿大名校双学士学位，瑞士国际酒店管理学院（IMI）国际酒店管理MBA学位和曼彻斯特城市大学研究生学位，亦曾在海外就任于包括香格里拉、安纳塔拉在内的多家奢华品牌酒店，熟知中西方现代酒店管理和工作模式，拥有扎实稳固的国际酒店管理理论基础及丰富开阔的海内外市场销售等方面的实践经历。
Haiyan holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees from the University of Manitoba, Canada, an MBA in International Hospitality Management from the International Hotel Management Institute (IMI), Switzerland, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Manchester Metropolitan University.
Combined her extensive sales experience in domestic and international markets with profound knowledge of international hospitality management styles during her time at luxury hotels overseas, including Shangri-La and Anantara, Haiyan is well-versed in both Chinese and Western hotel management styles and business models.
