亚历山大·保罗先生被正式任命为上海浦东嘉里大酒店总经理，自2023年8月7日起生效。
亚历山大·保罗先生来自德国，是一位拥有国际化视野及30年丰富经验的酒店人，足迹遍布德国、瑞士、奥地利、英国、西班牙、法国、美国、阿联酋等国家。保罗先生于2007年加入香格里拉集团，十年间服务过菲律宾、吉隆坡、香港、上海和台北等地区的香格里拉旗下酒店。履新前，亚历山大·保罗先生担任雅高北京区域总经理和北京费尔蒙酒店总经理。
多年丰富的酒店经历赋予亚历山大·保罗先生敏锐的市场洞察力以及对酒店行业的独到见解，资深的管理经验亦令他熟悉国际品牌酒店的运营模式和服务理念，同时他也非常注重客户与员工的关爱文化，善于激发团队和个人的潜力。相信亚历山大·保罗先生将会带领团队助力上海浦东嘉里大酒店再创辉煌。
Kerry Hotel Pudong, Shanghai is delighted to announce the appointment of Alexander Paul as the General Manager, effective from 7 August 2023.
Alexander brings an impressive 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, making him an esteemed international hotelier. Throughout his career, he has worked in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, U.K, Spain, France, U.S.A., U.A.E. In 2007, he joined Shangri-La and spent a decade working at various hotels in Philippines, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Taipei, boasting a very strong understanding of the value of Shangri-la hotels. Prior to this new appointment, he was Accor Area General Manager and General Manager of Fairmont Beijing.
With his extensive experience in hotel management, Alexander possesses in-depth market insights and unique perspectives on the industry. His rich management experience also enables him to be expertise on the operation and service standards of international hotel brands. Alexander focuses on the caring customers, associates, and communities, and he is also keen on encouraging the team and finding different potentials on different people. We believe that under the leadership of Alexander, Kerry Hotel Pudong, Shanghai will achieve new levels of excellence and success.
