杨晓艳女士毕业于深圳大学，主修国际贸易。拥有16年的酒店工作经验，曾先后任职于万豪国际集团旗下喜来登，威斯汀，JW万豪等多个品牌任管理职位，具备出色的团队领导力、决策力和沟通能力。
