近日，西安高新JW万豪酒店任命王渠章先生为酒店人力资源总监，负责酒店开业筹备及开业运营的人才招聘、员工薪酬福利及培训发展等各项人力资源工作。
王渠章先生于2009年三亚亚龙湾万豪度假酒店开启职业生涯，曾先后任职于苏州万怡酒店、贵阳万丽酒店、三亚海棠湾万丽度假酒店及中山利和威斯汀酒店等多家万豪国际集团旗下酒店，拥有超过14年丰富扎实的人力资源管理经验，在企业文化方面践行万豪“只有照顾好员工，员工才能照顾好客人”的以人为本的核心价值观；在人力资源战略制定、人才选拔、培养和发展方面具有资深的专业能力。
此次任职，王渠章先生为酒店组建了充满活力的优秀团队，推动酒店顺利实施筹备阶段工作，迈向正式投入运营管理的新篇章。

He has worked in Suzhou Courtyard Hotel, Renaissance Guiyang Hotel, Renaissance Sanya Haitang Bay Resort The Westin Zhongshan Guzhen and Sheraton Xi’an Chanba, etc. , has more than 14 years rich and solid experience in human resource management.
