许真真女士拥有超过18年的酒店销售经验，曾先后就职于香格里拉集团和希尔顿集团，并于2018年正式加入万豪集团。此次履新之前，她曾先后担任销售总监筹开了西安W酒店，后任职西安万丽酒店市场销售总监，取得骄人的销售业绩。作为一名85后的新锐管理者，酒店相信凭借着许女士丰富的经验，优秀的领导力，对市场特有的远见和洞察力，以及追求卓越的品质，相信她一定能带领西安高新JW酒店再创非凡佳绩，一如既往地在市场中保持领先位置。

Having worked over 18 years in the hospitality industry, Yolanda brings a wealth of experience with her. She accumulated a solid foundation in the Sales & Marketing field with international hotel groups including Shangri-La, Hilton and joined Marriott from 2018. Before she has successfully opened W Hotel Xi’an and the served as Director of Sales & Marketing at Renaissance Xi'an Hotel.
