黄鹏先生拥有超过17年的国际酒店从业经验，从基础员工一步步脚踏实地，夯实管理运营知识。2018年，他加入西安浐灞艾美酒店团队并担任餐饮总监一职。2020年，凭借其出色的工作表现及杰出的领导力及革新能力，他由餐饮总监这一角色成功转型至酒店运营板块，担任运营总监一职，并在2021年正式就任酒店经理。在他的管理及带领下，酒店各运营部门紧密配合，齐心协力创佳绩。

Eric Huang has more than 17 years of experience in international hotel industry, he has accumulated the rich knowledge from the basic to the management position. In 2018, he joined the team of Le Meridien Xi’an Chanba and served as Director of F&B. In 2020, with his outstanding performance, leadership and innovation capabilities, he was successfully transferred from Director of F&B to Operations, officially promoted to Hotel Manager in 2021. Meanwhile, under his excellent management and leadership, the hotel team worked closely together to achieve good results.
With the new position, Eric Huang will be committed to leading the team to explore innovation and more outstanding achievements.
