Recently, Ms. Joyce Zhao is promoted to the position of General Manager of The St. Regis Sanya Yalong Bay Resort. She will be fully responsible for the operation and comprehensive supervision and management of various departments within the hotel. Ms. Joyce Zhao has over 20 years of experience in the operation and management of international hotel brands of the industry. She has held important management positions in Shangri La Hotel Management Group, Four Seasons Hotel Management Group, and hotels under Marriott International, possessing excellent team leadership skills and keen insight. She has participated in the pre-opening of multiple hotels, and has rich experience and long-term strategic vision in customer service and team building.
