近日,武汉泛海费尔蒙酒店任命李杰成先生为行政总厨,他将全面负责酒店各厨房运营及宴会餐饮的运营管理工作。
Recently, Fairmont Wuhan appointed Mr. Lim Li as the Executive Chef. He will be fully responsible for the operation and management of the hotel culinary and banquet catering.

李杰成先生拥有丰富的海内外国际奢华酒店工作经验,致力于酒店餐饮行业十二余年。曾先后就职于马尔代夫顶奢酒店One & Only 度假酒店、阿布扎比首都门安达仕酒店、深圳四季酒店、广州柏悦酒店等,带领团队接待过NBA深圳季前赛, 与名厨Matthew Kenny合作的素食餐厅Botanica完成过人均5000元的新年奢宴等重要活动。李杰成先生从业经历中也被邀请至国内餐饮集团担任行政总厨,将奢华酒店工作经验和成熟的运营经验带入集团进行专业指导,也顺利为旗下餐厅获得当地诸多赞誉。
Mr. Lim Li devoted himself in International luxury hotels in mainland China and overseas, committed to the hotel's catering industry for more than 12 years. He has worked at the One & Only Reethi Rah Maldives, Hyatt Capital Gate (Andaz) Hotel Abu Dhabi, Four Seasons Shenzhen, Park Hyatt Guangzhou, etc. He has successfully led the culinary team for the reception of the NBA Shenzhen preseason, also he cooperated with famous chef Matthew Kenny's vegetarian restaurant Botanica in Maldives for important events like New Year luxury event with the average check CNY5,000 plus. Mr. Lim Li was also invited to a national catering group as the executive chef to bring his extensive operation experience from luxury hotels into the group, successfully won many local praises for its restaurants.
