近日万豪国际任命赵华先生为三亚海棠湾喜来登度假酒店及三亚海棠湾JW万豪度假酒店总经理，全面负责两家酒店整体运营及战略规划。
赵华先生曾先后服务于洲际酒店集团，万达酒店集团及凯悦酒店集团。深耕酒店行业二十年的他在酒店定位、市场战略、收益管理、人才选拨及企业文化建设等方面做到了精准把控，持续提升两家酒店在客群市场的品牌知名度及核心竞争力。赵华先生表示：“酒店将更加注重产品创新，致力于为客人缔造身心焕活的非凡度假体验。”
此次履新之前，赵华先生担任海棠湾喜来登及JW万豪度假酒店经理一职，在他的领导下酒店业绩突破历史新高，同时创造了单月收益最高的记录。

Recently, Marriott International has announced the appointment of Mr. Kevin Zhao as General Manager of Sheraton Sanya Haitang Bay Resort and JW Marriott Sanya Haitang Bay, he is currently fully in charge for daily operation and strategic planning of two properties.
Mr. Kevin Zhao worked in Intercontinental Hotel Group, Wanda Hotel Group and Hyatt Hotel Group. Nearly 20 years hotel working experience help him achieve accurate control in hotel positioning, market strategy, revenue management, talent selection and culture construction, continuously improve the brand awareness and competitiveness of two hotels in source market. “Hotel will pay more attention to the product innovation, committed to creating extraordinary holiday experience for guests." Mr. Kevin Zhao said.
Prior to this new appointment, Mr. Kevin Zhao as Hotel Manager of Sheraton and JW Marriott Sanya Haitang Bay. Under his leadership, hotel monthly and yearly revenue achieve a new record.
