李莉硕士毕业于瑞士格里昂酒店管理学院，拥有十六年五星级酒店的管理经验,具有扎实的市场销售、酒店筹备和酒店运营管理基础。曾就职于万达酒店管理集团，融创中国华中集团。独到的眼光和先进的管理模式，以及丰富的行业经验，将带领团队继续发扬铂尔曼酒店品牌，深耕中国市场的底蕴文化，以酒店客人的需求为核心，以业主公司的价值理念为导向，把集团服务标准和产品标准与之紧密结合，让酒店绽放出更多光彩！
Accor Hotels officially appointed Ms. Lily Li as Executive Assistant Manager of PullmanChangbaishan Resort, who is fully responsible for the sales and marketing and rooms division of the hotel.
Lily graduated from Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland with MasterDegree in Hospitality Management. She has more than 16 years of management experience in five-star hotels and especially in sales and marketing, pre-opening and hotel operations. She used to work in Wanda Hotel Group and Central Region of Sunac China Holdings. She has unique vision, advanced management skills in hospitality industry. She will lead the team to carry forward the branding image of Pullman, enhance customers’ experience in the hotel and show the value to the owner company
